Happy, happy Friday! This was a short week with lots of wonderful things happening including field trips and Community Meeting hosted by Ally and Shelby’s class. I hope you’ll join us at the Harvest Festival next weekend, Saturday, October 25. This is a fun day of activities for families hosted by the PTA.
Last week Joyce sent home reminders in backpacks for students whose families have not yet completed the “lunch” form – regardless of if your student eats lunch at school and/or your family’s income or citizenship status, we need 100% completion on these “lunch” forms. This is how the city, state, and federal governments determine funds assigned to our school. The only way to complete this form is via the MySchoolApps website.
Deadline extended to Tuesday, October 21 for Original Works! If you would like to place an order, the entire completed order form, payment and artwork are due back to your child’s teacher in the provided sleeve by Tuesday, October 21.
