Happy Friday! Congratulations to our Guitar Club students who performed at community meeting this morning. 

Many of our students explored their curriculum in person this week through immersive field trips. Our Kindergarteners toured the East Village, the 1st and 2nd graders did a walking tour of Harlem, our 4th graders visited Ellis Island, and our 5th graders spent three days in Washington, DC! What a fantastic week!

As a reminder, there is no school on Thursday, June 8 and Friday, June 9. 

Mark your calendar for these important dates:

• Thursday, June 8 and Friday, June 9 – No School (teacher development)
• Tuesday, June 13 – Dance Recital at 9:30am (1st/2nd and 4th grades will perform)
• Wednesday, June 14 – All School Picnic, more info will be sent home in June
• Friday, June 16 – Last day of afterschool clubs
• Monday, June 19 – No School (Juneteenth)
• Friday, June 23 – Moving Up Ceremony for 5th Grade only
• Tuesday, June 27 – Last Day of School

There are only 14 days left of school this school year! Let’s finish strong!
