Dear Families,

 Happy Friday! As a reminder, there is no school this Monday, October 11 in honor of Indigenous People’s Day and Italian Heritage Day.

 I am so grateful for this past week and seeing the students settle into their routines as well as make new friendships and rekindle previous ones. We will continue our focus on social-emotional learning throughout this school year, and I encourage you to reach out to your child’s teachers if your child needs any additional mental health supports. We are here for you!

 I want to thank you for continuing to put the health and safety of our students first. I am so thankful to be a part of this school community with you and your child(ren)! If you need a reminder of our illness and COVID policies, based on the DOE’s most recent guidance, you can read them here.
